Wow, just wow! We just announced our last stretchgoal merely two days ago and now we have already surpassed it! Your support keeps amazing us again and again and we are so grateful to have such an amazing community! Now... we want to get straight to the point and announce the next stretchgoal of DFD:

Character Builder 2.0

With every dollar towards this stretchgoal we can further improve our character editor: give you more choices for weapons, costumes, and your character in general. After all, who does not want to play as a small, blue-bearded dwarf, dual-wielding two crossbows?

What's next? The last stretchgoal?

Character Builder 2.0 will be the final feature stretch goal of our Kickstarter campaign. We appreciate all the awesome feedback, suggestions, and ideas for additional stretch goals that you have suggested to us on our Discord, here on Kickstarter, or on Reddit. We have read them all and think they are awesome ideas! But as of now, want to focus on the features that we have already promised and make them as good as we can. We still want to add all the awesome features, crazy ideas, and lovely, little perks you have suggested to us, but it's something we want to look into after the release of DFD. Because the release of DFD will only be the beginning of another awesome adventure. We want to continue to support DFD long after its release with more free assets, content, and features for the players! So embark on this journey together with us, help us develop DFD, and make it the game YOU want to play. We are grateful to have such an awesome community!

We are happy to announce that our next stretchgoal has been decided by YOU, the community!

Just beginning this week we started a poll on our Discord, to let you vote on what you want to see inside DFD. The poll was closed today and we are happy to announce the communities favorite:

But what's next? The last stretchgoal?

We are so so grateful for the amazing support of the community that we have received so far: Every time you share DFD with friends or just talk about it online, you help us to make DFD bigger and better for everyone! We can't predict if there will be another stretchgoal after this one. But just in case, that the community amazes us again, we want to be prepared. We can only imagine how many more tabletop lovers out there might share the same passion... And that's why we need your help! Do you have a favorite gaming news website, that you love to visit? Or a favorite place online where you talk about tabletop? You can help us reach the next stretchgoal, by talking about DFD there! Let's share the love!

Hello everyone! ...what do you mean we were already here yesterday?!

Okay wow. Just wow. This is the third day in a row that we are updating because we surpassed one of our stretchgoals. The responses we receive for DFD are just mindblowing! We started with DFD because we wanted to create the game that we have always dreamed of... a game where our tabletop worlds would turn into reality. Now it turns out, this dream is not ours alone. No! it is shared by thousands of people! We are so grateful for the support we receive and will make sure, that DFD will turn this dream of ours into reality!

But what's next?

Environments 2.0

Does your party want to take a long rest in the forest? Show them what effect a long rest really has! All maps now support day-night cycles, weather, and stunning special effects! Turn the clock of time and let it rain on your party, summon dense fog that blocks their sight, or amaze them with fireflies and beautiful northern lights. Our fantasy worlds have their beautiful sides after all.

Once again, we can only say "Thank you!" to each and every one of you that takes part in this journey. Let's make DFD the ultimate tabletop experience...together!
